NORSK is a family affair – I’ve roped in my clever, creative mum Torunn to hand-knit traditional Norwegian wool house socks and make hard-wearing canvas kitchen aprons. She stuffs them in my suitcase when I go back home to visit in Kristiansand – good old Mamma!
